Ethics and Sustainability

At Kerry Paul Jewellers, we are deeply committed to ethical and sustainable practices. We believe that beautiful jewellery should not come at the expense of the environment or human rights. Explore our commitment to responsible sourcing and environmental stewardship.

ANCHORCERT PROTECT - SKIN SAFE JEWELLERY
Our suppliers have been certified as AnchorCert Protect compliant, meaning that our allergen free jewellery is officially kind to your skin and won't flare up any nickel or metal allergies; a common problem for 20% of the UK's population.

What does being AnchorCert Pro certified mean?
This means complete freedom from metal allergies and sensitivities for most people. No other testing standard offers this distinction. This means you are able to wear our allergen free jewellery with reassurance that it will be kind to your skin (especially important for children and babies!).

Our suppliers are one of only a few companies in the industry to be able to certify that their jewellery products will not cause allergic reactions in wearers.

Ethical Sourcing

All of the materials used in our jewellery are ethically and responsibly sourced. We partner with suppliers who share our commitment to human rights and environmental protection. We strive to ensure that every gemstone and precious metal is obtained in a manner that respects both people and the planet.

Minimising Our Environmental Impact

We are dedicated to minimising our environmental impact at every stage of our business. From sourcing materials to crafting our jewellery, we take steps to reduce waste, conserve resources, and protect the environment. Part of our sourcing methods are not just about the product, but what the suppliers are doing to sustain the planet, for example, re-planted trees for the future. Our suppliers also regularly update us with their future goals for improvement which feature plans relating to continued increase in renewable energy usage, staff wellbeing and reduction in virgin metals to name a few.

Supporting Our Community

At Kerry Paul Jewellers, we believe in giving back to the community. Our recycled silver comes from a fully audited CoC (Chain of Custody) supplier. This means they can provide evidence and certificates to prove that the silver has come from fully recycled sources. Our Fiorelli and D for Diamond ranges are now made using only recycled sterling silver. We also have a growing collection of pieces within our Beginnings and Fred Bennett ranges that are made from recycled sterling silver. We are looking to make more of our collections from recycled silver going forwards.

Transparency and Traceability

We are committed to transparency in our supply chain and production processes. Our recycled silver comes from a fully audited CoC (Chain of Custody) supplier. This means they can provide evidence and certificates to prove that the silver has come from fully recycled sources.
